I agree the eclipse was much hyped. Everything is these days. I must admit we did watch it here, it got to 98%, we were able to see most of it until it got too cloudy. I'm a science geek so it was fun. I think if you saw it at 100% with clear skies it would be much better. I like the grackles too, they are pretty. We are startig to see migrating birds here now . I've been starting to clean up the yard to get ready for mowing.
