New Years Resolutions-Can They Be Successful?

Now is the time for resolutions. I always have some. Not always are they successful however. I always want to cut back on eating. Never easy, especially since my wife is a great cook! But the best way to be successful with resolutions is to take small steps, a gradual change. If you try a drastic change it most likely won’t work. All resolutions boil down to changes in behavior. What resolutions do you have?
